| I have been so busy since school has begun. Graphic Design is a lot of work, and we just got our first real projects this week! We had been doing a few exercises to warm up to the big projects. In type I have to make a poster on the typeface Lubalin Graph, and in Graphic Design one i have to come up for a logo or mark for Kurt Vonnegut. Hurray KV! I love Mr. Vonnegut, I truly think he is a stone cold pimp.
Dave got ran over by a car yesterday in the heavy rain, but dont worry he's alright...just a little sore and a couple scratches. I think I had some rants...earlier in the day about the student body of MSU, but I'm over it. Sheepies. I hate how Subway is in a trailer...I mean I'll go in there, but it makes me feel slightly white trashish. Also...call me weird, but the current state of the Union reminds me of a little piece of Katrina devastation in the middle of campus. I really think it's too early for all of the World Trade Center biz, I feel personally we just got over it...and ready to move on...and its shoved back into our faces. Thanks Hollywood.

| You dont realize what is most precious and important to you until you almost lose it. It's getting better.
I've been packng allll week. The only thing left to move home is my bed. Im so glad I decided to gradually pack, instead of saving it until the last minute. 1 hour a day is so much better than 12 hours straight.
I watched MASH (television program) for the first time tonight, I really enjoyed it and hope to watch more sometime. I think I might netflix it. Hurrah. Im starting to really get into anime...I'm in the middle of Chobits and Excel Saga. I've had to stop my netflix until Dave can move into his apartment and I can change the address, so no more anime for a week or two.
I also played Clue tonight with Douglas and Andy. It was a mega great time. Scarlett, Candlestick, Library!
I'm mostly free this weekend, so if anybody knows of something fun to do, or is just bored....give me a ring! | | |
